ESTRELLA - FOOTBALL

The ESTRELLA Program is the entry point into international football operations. It is built for players stepping into professional environments for the first time and is executed through structured team training and formal performance evaluation.
The program runs in a short-term, cost-controlled format and does not include academic services. Standard placements range from 1 to 4 weeks. Extended stays of up to 6 months may include limited exposure activities, such as stadium visits, without changing the program’s primary training mandate.
ESTRELLA is intended for athletes assessing readiness for international competition, families reviewing longer-term pathways, and players seeking controlled exposure to trials and team-based environments. It provides operational exposure to the professional level without requiring a long-term commitment.

Coach support is embedded into the organization’s operating structure. Academic and athletic standards are enforced with the same level of discipline applied to performance on the field.
